Cancellation and no-show policy

At Riverina OT, we are committed to providing quality care and reserving time specifically for each patient. To ensure we can accommodate all our patients effectively, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $49 

• No show appointments (failure to attend without notice) may be subject to a fee of $49 

• This fee is NOT covered by insurance and will be the responsibility of the patient 

We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as you can on 02 5924 5810
